VICTORIAS City Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca congratulated the 28 members of the Philippine National Police - Victorias who were promoted recently.

Corpuz; Chief Master Sergeant Cyril P. Bonilla; Senior Master Sergeants Niel R. Tilanas and Leo M. Tudeja; Master Sergeants Alfonso S. Arriola Jr., Ronilo N. Maru and Loreval R. Teodoro; Staff Sergeants Gilbert T. Agarrado Jr., Zeus M. Dumdumaya, Enrique F. Gonzalodo, Marvin A. Gustilo, Ryan B. Hechanova, Alfredo C Javellana, Loue Jay B. Loraez, Dionisio C.
