The new appointment of Lucasan, which took effect March 15, was contained in Office Order Number 03-15-0105, Series of 2022 signed by Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson.

Lucasan replaced Ma. Lina Sanogal, who is due for retirement in 2022.

In his order, Lacson said Lucasan is required to perform the functions of the position, exercise duties, responsibilities and authority granted by law and regulations, and entitled to the representation and transportation, as well as communication allowance.

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N.
