P336,000 in shabu seized in Bacolod City

AN ESTIMATED P336,000 worth of shabu or methamphetamine hydrochloride was seized by police operatives in Purok Tilapia, Barangay 3, Bacolod City Tuesday afternoon, May 21, 2019.

The drug bust conducted by operatives of Police Station 2 led by Police Captain Leo Estopa led to the arrest of Joemarie Guion, 28, of Barangay 3; Kirby Dahil-dahil, 26, of Barangay Mandalagan; Antonieta Deopita, 35, of Barangay 2; and Julie Antiporda, 28, of Barangay 2.

Estopa said the suspects were caught selling shabu to a police undercover at 1:30 p.m.

Police recovered from the suspects’ possession 16 sachets of shabu, P200 marked money, coin purse and drug paraphernalia.

The suspects are detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 2 and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (MAP)

Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
