Reckless imprudence suspect arrested

A 42-YEAR-OLD man was arrested by operatives of Police Station 7 at Villa Otto, Barangay Vista Alegre, Bacolod City Tuesday evening, January 26, 2021.

Police identified the suspect as Fernan Agolino of Barangay Vista Alegre.

Police records showed the suspect was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant for the crime of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and double less serious physical injuries around 10:15 p.m.

The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Karen Joy Tan-Gaston of Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Bacolod City.

The suspect was detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 7 for failure to post his bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit. The Province, which runs both terminals, maintains that it operates the facilities as a public service for passengers going to the province and vice versa. /
