Senior high school building in La Carlota inaugurated

LA CARLOTA City Mayor Luis Jalandoni III led the inauguration of a two-storey school building at Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School on August 3.

The six-classroom building will be utilized by senior high school students taking accounting and business management.

The building was blessed by Reverend Fr. Jovic Lemoncito of the Our Lady of Peace Parish in the said city.

Lemoncito was joined by Schools Division Superintendent Anthony Liobet, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Nelly Garrote and Councilor Jolu Jalandoni.

Jalandoni told the students to take care of the facility that it can truly serve its purpose as a learning facility.

To date, the construction of five more senior high school buildings is still ongoing.
