Tesda livelihood skills competition slated

THE Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda), in partnership with the Negros Occidental Provincial Government, will hold the 25th Panaad Livelihood Skills Competition on April 19 at the Panaad covered court in Bacolod City, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event is part of the Panaad Sa Negros Festival, a venue for showcasing the world-class abilities of Negrenses.

The contest areas for this year include cookery, t-shirt hand painting, fresh flower arrangement, fruit or vegetable carving, make-up and hairstyling and flairtending.

The day-long event will be participated by talented Negrenses from the different cities and municipalities in the province. (PR)
