BACOLOD. The Bacolod City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and the Covid-19 Vaccination Council (CoVaC), both chaired by Mayor Bing Leonardia, held the City's mass vaccination at the Cinema lobby at the southwing of SM City Bacolod Monday, May 3, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The one-day vaccination at SM City Bacolod was to accommodate the remaining frontline healthcare workers, senior citizens, and persons with comorbidities who were not inoculated yet. THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit. The Province, which runs both terminals, maintains that it operates the facilities as a public service for passengers going to the province and vice versa. /
