THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will be on full alert starting October 30 to secure crowds heading to their hometowns and to the cemeteries for All Saints’ Day.

The PNP advised the public that bringing bladed weapons, firearms, alcoholic drinks, loud speakers and playing cards to the cemeteries are strictly prohibited.

Authorities also warned the public of robbers in overcrowded memorial parks and advised them to avoid wearing jewelry or bringing large amounts of cash when going to the cemetery.

Monday, November 1, is a non-working holiday. (Sunnex)
