PSL’s beach volley ‘bubble’ approved

THE Inter-Agency Task Force, in its Resolution 79, has approved the request of the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) to hold a beach volley tournament under the "sports bubble" concept.

Based on the resolution, the conduct of the said activities will be subject to various conditions.

The beach volley "bubble" should observe strict health and safety protocols, which will be finalized in condition with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, the local Regional Task Force Covid-19 and the local Department of Health (DOH) Center for Health Development for the necessary training in contract tracing, the designation of occupational safety and health officer, and such other rules as the aforementioned may deem fit.

PSL should also finalize the accommodation establishments, as well as the metes and bounds of the area to be covered by the sports bubble.

The conduct of the said activities should comply with the Joint Administrative Order of the DOH, Philippines Sports Commission and the Games and Amusement Board. (JSG)
