BAGUIO. Department of Energy (DOE) Undersecretary Alexander Lopez stressed that there is a need to bring down the prices of fuel prices in Baguio City and the DOE led by Secretary Alfonso Cusi is really keen on ensuring consumers of a fair and “makatao” prices of fuel thru the help of the oil retailers, dealers and their top management and other stakeholders in the city. Last week, the DOE held a consultative meeting that aims to look into the emerging issue on the high prices of liquid fuel in the city of Baguio which has a very big disparity with the prices in the nearby towns of La Union and Pangasinan.
