PERSONNEL of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG)-Cordillera who were assisting the Baguio police in managing traffic flow on the day of the national transport strike chanced upon a vehicle driven by an old man.

The vehicle incurred mechanical failure, so HPG-Cordillera personnel have to push the car towards a wider space so as not to obstruct traffic flow.

Another HPG personnel even volunteered to assist the old man by driving the car. (Contributed photo)
