UNDER CONSTRUCTION. The Igawe Bridge in Kabugao, Apayao is among seven bridges being constructed along the 64-kilometer Apayao-Ilocos Norte Road. The road has at least 26 kilometers left unpaved is expected to cut travel from Kabugao to Laoag City, Ilocos Norte by more than six hours when completed. (Redjie Melvic Cawis)

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
