Sunnexdesk

SAGADA Mayor James Pooten has lifted a ban on tourism sites.

Pooten issued the amendment of his executive order 07-2020 which now partially allows eco-tourism activities within the municipality.

Activities still on lockdown are caving and sunrise viewing to further prevent the spread of the corona virus disease (Covid – 19).

The rural health unit still encourages the public to be more vigilant and practice preventive measures to fight the Covid- 19 threat.

Weeks ago, tourism spots of the town locked down in the wake of the ongoing threat of the Covid – 19.

Sagada has strict protocols to follow to prevent spread of disease in the light of preventive measures being undertaken against the Covid-19. (Maria Elena Catajan)
