BAGUIO. The Sagada Municipal Tourism Office is proposing to close the caves in Sagada and stop all tourism related activities during the rainy season to ensure that no untoward incidents may happen as the caves are very prone to flashfloods during the rainy season and more so when there is a typhoon.
