Officials of the Pagkakaisa ng mga Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operator Nationwide – Metro Baguio (PISTON-MB) ask for the promised Social Amelioration Program (SAP) of the national government for jeepney drivers and the issuance of special permits to ply their routes. Since the ECQ only 2 units per route have been allowed to operate, during the general community quarantine more jeepneys are allowed but required to get a special permit from the LTFRB.
