THE Rotary Club of Metro Baguio continues to give assistance to the community in need in Cagayan Province who were severely affected by typhoon Ulysses.

A Christian group in San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City was the latest beneficiary of the 'Action Tulong Para sa Cagayan initiated by RCMB to help the typhoon victims.

Relief distribution team headed by Rotarian Dr. Christopher Ian Cabalza said at least 25 members of Shield of Faith Christian group were provided relief packs with the basic necessities.

The outreach activity was conducted after RCMB through Cabalza provided cash donation to help rebuild the house of Andang Bitamog and family which was devastated by typhoon Ulysses. This was conducted during the 7th Wave of Relief Operations/Cash Donation and implementation of "Project Bahay Silungan."

This is the 8th wave of the relief distribution of the club headed by president Jerry Chan who lauded the members of the group for their full support and dedication in responding to the needs of the most affected community in the province especially those in the far-flung areas.

The latest effort conducted on Dec. 18 was made possible with the club's partner in service Tess Bangan of Conway Ireland and all the volunteers.

May these endevor inspire more people to join in the pursuit of providing assistance to the communities in need.

Merry Christmas to all of you!
