3 new Covid cases logged in Cagayan de Oro

THE number of new coronavirus infections in Cagayan de Oro has gone all the way down to a single digit after the city recorded only three new cases, the City Health Office reported.

This brought the number of Covid-19 cases in the city to 20,287.

According to the City Health Office, all of the three new local cases were local index cases.

Cagayan de Oro's active cases have also gone down to 487, of which 85 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, 399 were outpatients, and three ROFs/LSIs.

The city also registered 11 new coronavirus-positive persons who were now tagged as "recovered." This brought the total number of recoveries in Cagayan de Oro to 18,961.

The number of Covid-19 deaths in the city has remained at 839 in total as the city recorded zero Covid-related deaths.
