Oro's Covid-19 patient tests negative

THE 71-year-old Covid-19 patient from Cagayan de Oro City has tested negative for the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), result of his repeat test that came out Tuesday, April 7, showed.

Department of Health-Northern Mindanao Director Adriano Suba-an confirmed this late afternoon Tuesday.

The 71-year-old man, a resident of one of the numbered barangays of Cagayan de Oro, was one of the three Covid-positive patients admitted at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center.

He has a history of travel from Manila last March 7. He arrived in Cagayan de Oro City on March 12.

He has pre-existing conditions, including hypertension, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and chronic cardiac diseases, but he is in a stable condition and recovering at present.
