Man found dead along river in Balulang

A 52-YEAR-OLD man who was believed to have drowned last February 14 was found lifeless at the riverside in Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City, over the weekend.

Police identified the victim as George Jabonillo, resident of Green Heights, Balulang.

The victim was found lifeless near the bridge at Puntod, Ilaya.

A certain Stevenson Acaylar, who was fishing at the area saw the victim and reported it to authorities.

The victim was positively identified by his wife.

Investigators said the victim's body was already bloated and under the state of decomposition.
