NBI to look at all angles in pregnant teen slay try

AN OFFICIAL of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)-Northern Mindanao has vowed to look at all angles in the November 12 shooting of a pregnant teen who was shot after a court appearance on Mastersons Avenue, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

NBI-10 regional director Lawyer Patricio Bernales said they are conducting a parallel investigation with the police to exhaust all efforts to solve the crime.

Bernales they have initially talked with the victim's grandmother.

He said they are also gathering more evidences and witnesses to build up an airtight case.

Cagayan de Oro City Police Office spokesperson Major Ivan Viñas earlier said the family of the victim requested the transfer of investigation since one of the persons being investigated is a police officer.

Before the shooting, the victim came from the arraignment for the acts of lasciviousness case she filed against her former employer, Police Major Albart Tare.
