Over 28,000 kids aged 5 to 11 fully vaxxed in Oro

A TOTAL of 28,150 children aged five to 11 in Cagayan de Oro have already received their second dose of Covid-19 vaccines as of August 6, 2022, the City Health Office (CHO) reported.

The target for the Covid-19 vaccination rollout for children aged five to 11 in Cagayan de Oro is 91,841.

According to the CHO's data, 38,834 children aged five to 11 or 42.28 percent of the total target population have received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccines.

As of August 6, 2022, Cagayan de Oro City has recorded a total of 557,035 fully vaccinated individuals, or 92.07 percent of the target population, which is at 604,953.

The target population includes children aged 12 years and above.

Of the target population, 582,535 Kagay-anons have already received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Cagayan de Oro also logged 153,147 individuals who already received their booster shots.
