Police seize P1-M shabu

POLICE anti-illegal drug operatives have arrested a drug suspect who yielded nearly P1 million worth of illicit drugs in an entrapment operation in a fast food restaurant in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, Thursday, June 6.

Arrested was a certain "Mael," 18, a resident of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte.

Members of the City Drug Enforcement Group and Police Station 7 confiscated four big sachets and another small sachet of substance believed to be shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing around 100 grams and worth about P700,000.

Reports said the suspect was told to deliver the items from Maguing, Lanao del Sur to Cagayan de Oro City.

Investigation is ongoing.
