Sunnexdesk

CATHAY Pacific remains in operation in the Philippines with flights from Manila and Cebu to Hong Kong.

To clarify recent reports about the closure of our Manila and Cebu ticketing offices from Sept. 1, 2021, we confirm that this only pertains to our ticketing counters, as the handling of bookings and other inquiries have been shifted to our Global Contact Centers, which offer a safer and contactless experience for our customers.

Cathay Pacific has been serving the Philippines for 75 years and we remain committed to flying our customers from Manila and Cebu to Hong Kong and beyond.

The airline’s Global Contact Centers are available 24/7 and may be reached through the following channels: Toll-free numbers—PLDT/Smart 1-800-1110-2720 and Globe 1-800-8909-4024. (PR)
