Dito to commercially launch mobile services in Cebu, Davao on March 8

DITO Telecommunity has confirmed to the local bourse that it plans its commercial launch on March 8, 2021 in 15 cities and nearby municipalities in Mindanao and Visayas. The third telecom player said it will kick off its launch in Cebu and Davao. The areas are Panabo, Tagum, Carmen, Davao City and Digos for Metro Davao; and the cities of Carcar, Cebu, Danao, Mandaue and Talisay and towns of Consolacion, Liloan, Minglanilla, Naga and San Fernando for Metro Cebu.

Dito’s chief technology officer Adel Tamano said it will roll out its mobile services first while broadband services will be launched in 2022. Dito also plans to offer its services in the National Capital Region within the year. (KOC)

Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
