GLOBE continues to expand the reach of EasyHub, its retail innovation, in the Visayas region since it opened the interactive one-stop shop in Calbayog City, Samar on August 5, 2022.

With the opening of the EasyHub booth at Super Metro Calbayog, customers from the city and nearby areas may now easily connect, explore, and fulfill transactions with Globe with just a touch of a few buttons.

“EasyHub has something for everyone, from digital-savvy customers to those still transitioning from traditional ways of transacting. We value our customers, that is why we combined digital and brick-and-mortar experiences for more convenient access to Globe’s products and services,” said Buddy Balinado, Globe’s retail operations head for the Visayas.

“We are excited to bring EasyHub to Calbayog City and have more people from the region experience its innovative features and life-enabling solutions,” Sandra Sancho, retail area head for Globe Stores and Globe EasyHub Visayas 3.

EasyHub allows customers to shop, pay, explore, and even access information on how to request customer service support on Globe’s mobile platforms without the hassle of queueing and waiting.

This innovative retail experience is in line with Globe’s commitment to digital enablement, aligned with innovation and infrastructure targets under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The Pay Zone offers vending machines that accept cash to pay bills for Globe, Innove, and Bayantel accounts. Through the machines, customers can add funds to their GCash wallet, buy load for prepaid accounts, and even purchase a special SIM card with data inclusion.

In the Care Zone, there are helpful screenshots on paying bills via the GlobeOne app or the vending machine, requesting service through the GlobeOne App, and using the GCash app.

Aside from Calbayog, EasyHub booths can be found in selected malls nationwide such as Ayala Malls Manila Bay, SM Manila, Robinsons Place Bacolod City, SM Seaside Cebu, and D’Mall Boracay to make them accessible to more people. More outlets are set to open in different locations soon.

“Globe takes care of the needs of every Filipino by empowering them to complete day-to-day transactions through digital services. EasyHub is aligned with its mission and vision as a company that cares,” said Ace Ople, Globe EasyHub head.
