LISTED firm Security Bank is providing its customers with a more convenient way to bank as it initially rolled out BetterBanking on the go on Jan. 25 in Caloocan City, Metro Manila.

Equipped with digital tools, built-in interactive screens and mobile devices, BetterBanking on the go is scheduled to visit Security Bank’s payroll partners in Metro Manila, including those areas where Security Bank branches are temporarily closed due to the pandemic. With this mobile bank on wheels, customers can easily perform ATM withdrawals and cash deposits, bill payment, as well as fund transfers and PIN change.

“As we strive to provide BetterBanking experiences to our clients despite the pandemic, we have launched BetterBanking on the go to make our services available where it matters. Through this initiative, we are also able to support our branch network by diverting foot traffic from our physical branches to our mobile units,” says Leslie Y. Cham, executive vice president, Branch Banking Group.

During the initial launch phase, BetterBanking on the go services will be available in Metro Manila from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ATM withdrawal limit is set at P50,000 and utility bills payment will be similar with physical branches. All payroll partners within the area will be catered to. Security Bank personnel in charge of payroll clients will also be on-board to assist customers with their concerns. (PR)
