Car dealers group issues manifesto of support for Caindec

THE Cebu Auto Dealers Association (Cada), the local aggrupation of brand new car dealers in Cebu, through its representatives, submitted a manifesto of support for Land Transportation Office (LTO)-Central Visayas Director Victor Caindec.

Among others, the group is appreciative of the efforts of Caindec in improving the processes, systems and facilities of LTO-Central Visayas ever since he assumed as regional director.

The group also emphasizes its belief that Caindec has to the best of his ability, despite the constraints of limited resources of his office, performed well beyond expectations in providing better LTO service, minimizing graft and corruption, and prosecution of LTO fixers.

The group said it does not believe on the allegations of red tape and corrupt practices that have been levied against Caindec, stressing that on the contrary, the regional director has consistently adhered to the Citizens Charter of LTO. (Sponsored Content)
