JAYKUMMER Teberio may be wearing a straw hat adorned with artificial blossoms today, but the water vendor will be trading this for a graduation cap a month from now.

The 21-year-old, better known as Dodoy, is popular among commuters and motorists passing by A. Soriano St. in Barangay Mabolo, and among netizens, too.

He does not only help people quench their thirst on the road but also relieves them of their stress with his creative way of selling bottled water.
