THE Angel Society of Cebu and Mandaue jointly hosted a fund-raising concert featuring renowned pianist Dr. Ingrid Sala-Santamaria, and the Classic Youth Orchestra under the baton of professor Rey Abellana, conductor and musical director. Venue for the musical treat was the Gethsemane Parish Church in Mandaue, recipient of the donation and revenue from the event. The Parish is in dire need of funds to expand its mission.

Attendance was very encouraging as the entire church was filled. And of course, the artists were thoroughly inspired to play more!

We shall be hearing more from Ingrid very soon. Incidentally, the lovely artist will be a year older on Feb. 25. Cheers!

It’s reunion time! And for St. Theresa’s College (STC) HS Class 1959 and College 1963, it’s no joke to organize their Diamond Jubilee (60 years since HS graduation). So one sultry lunch hour, these eight Theresians feasted on delicious bites while racking their brains for an appropriate theme. Take it easy, you have five months to ponder!
