Experience a gastronomic adventure at Kingsford Café

Christian Jay B. Quilo

THERE’S a new culinary destination in the capital and it’s right inside Kingsford Hotel Manila, Megaworld Hotels and Resorts’ newest property.

While the hotel is yet to accept leisure bookings, food lovers can partake of a sumptuous feast at Kingsford Café.

Helmed by executive chef Angelo Chubby Timban, Kingsford Café’s menu features an eclectic selection of dishes that pay homage to beloved Filipino favorites while reinventing them by incorporating Asian and European techniques.

Highlights on the menu are the Sisig Itum, an elevated take on the Kapampangan dish that comes with a pan-seared foie gras; Emperador Ox Tail Kape De Mutit, ox tail seasoned with local brandy and tablea; and the Grilled Atlantic Salmon, a classic dish the executive chef has spent years perfecting.

The cafe’s interiors feature a chic blend of contemporary design and art deco opulence.

Adorned with sleek gold accents, modernist furniture and rich textures, the cafe’s ambiance sets the tone for a memorable fine dining experience.

Kingsford Café is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and dinner only on Sunday.

Kingsford Hotel Manila is located in Entertainment City, Manila Bay Area, Parañaque.
