Happy 1st anniversary, RMA

IT WAS both “timely and challenging, conceptualizing and founding RMANews.net,” the newest online digital news channel in Cebu “at the height of the pandemic last June 2020,” said RMA News founder Robby Alugar.

It was then that RMA News remained true to the mission and vision it set. The channel continued to release news on corporate events, food, entertainment, lifestyle, health, arts and culture, music, people stories and various events around town and within the region.

Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Regional Director Fayette Riñen had nothing but praises for the people behind RMA News, and urged them to remain steadfast in their obligation to inform, educate and communicate relevant and accurate information that could empower people and make a difference in their lives.

“Conceived during a strict lockdown, nothing is more important than providing current information amid a crisis and surviving a year later to continue its purpose, is nothing short of commendable,” Riñen said.
