Mizu Japanese Restaurant reopens its doors

Marymil M. Cabrera

JAPAN is one of the few countries that is able to preserve its rich culture and history, and this includes maintaining traditional culinary techniques and recipes.

Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino’s Mizu Japanese Restaurant reopens its doors to the public with enhanced safety protocols in place, after two years of closure because of the pandemic.

Its Japanese chef Ken Imamura is delighted to serve everyone his inventive twists on Japanese favorites, using the only finest ingredients.

The house bestsellers were recommended—Miso Soup, 5-Variety Sushi Mix, Gyoza, Ebi Tempura and the Yakiniku Teppan, one of the specialty dishes with the Mizu mark on the menu.

The restaurant has a 108-seating capacity. It is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 to 10 p.m.

Reservation is encouraged to make one’s Japanese gastronomical adventure more convenient.
