10 Cebu grads top teachers examination

TEN education graduates from Cebu schools made it to the top 10 of the September 2021 Licensure Examination for Teachers, the Professional Regulations Commission said Monday, Nov. 29, 2021.

In the September 2021 LET Secondary Level, Cebu Normal University’s Vincent Casona Bayawa placed first with a rating of 93.40 percent, while Maria Louviña Inot Yote placed eighth (91.60 percent).

In the Elementary Level, Christine Hamelon Celestian of the Cebu Technological University held the second spot with a rating of 91.60 percent.

Fellow CTU graduates Michelle Otero Codaste, Victor Abad Amigable Jr., Australia Demiar Malingin and Jericho Catarina Matutinao also garnered the third, fourth, seventh and 10th places.

Also in the same exams, Judy Ann Anori Eborde of Lapu-Lapu City College placed seventh, Charlene Impas Calinawan of University of the Visayas-Mandaue City placed ninth, and Jelena Empasis Briones of Southwestern University-Phinma placed 10th. (CTL)
