2 die in Dumanjug road mishap

TWO persons were killed in a road crash involving a multicab and a delivery truck at the boundary of Kanyuko and Bitoon, Dumanjug town at about 4 p.m. Monday, April 23.

A boy and a teenage girl were confirmed dead by Police Inspector Gilfred Baroman, Dumanjug Police Chief.

Dumanjug police said the driver and passengers of the multicab came from a beach outing.

The initial report showed that the multicab driver hit the 40-footer delivery truck.

The driver was reportedly under the influence of liquor.

The police have yet to identify the victims as of 6:10 p.m. Monday. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
