TWO men were brought to the hospital after their motorcycles collided in Happy Valley, Barangay Labangon, Cebu City past midnight on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

The injured were identified as Leonel Joren Ermetanio, 24, and Chanly Bryon Zabat, 28, both residents of Sitio Kalubihan, Barangay Guadalupe in the same city.

They are in stable condition.

According to Staff Sergeant Stephen Sefuesta of the Labangon Police Station, Zabat was overtaking a vehicle when he ended up hitting a sports utility vehicle driven by Chris Kyle Dumdum Vercide, a 28-year-old resident of Katipunan Road in Barangay Labangon.

Zabat’s motorcycle careened and hit Ermetanio’s motorcycle in the opposite lane.

The police are conducting further investigation to determine who was at fault and who would be charged. (BBT, PJB)
