89 new cases of Covid-19 in Cebu City; 2 deaths

THE Cebu City Health Department (CHD) has recorded 89 new cases of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) on Friday, May 29, 2020.

Based on the CHD's updates, the new cases came from Barangays Duljo (two), Mambaling (13), Sambag 2 (five), Kamputhaw (two), San Nicolas Proper (four), Sawang Calero (seven), Tinago (one), Luz (one), Tejero (one), Suba (one), Ermita (26), Guadalupe (one), Pasil (eight), Basak San Nicolas (two), Punta Princesa (one), Labangon (three), Lahug (one), Carreta (one), Mabolo (three), Capitol Site (two), Apas (one), San Antonio (one), Cogon Pardo (one), and Tabunan (one).

The CHD also logged two new mortalities, bringing the total number of mortalities in the city to 27.

On Friday, Cebu City recorded the highest number of recoveries in a day with 321.
