CARCAR City Division was named this year's Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan grand champion after besting five other contingents in the Ritual Showdown at the Cebu City Sports Complex Saturday, January 11, 2020.

Not only did Carcar City Division win the Ritual Showdown, it also placed first for Best in Musicality, second in the Street Dancing category and was hailed Best in Costume in the competition.

Also in the top spot is the Talisay City Division, placing second in the Ritual Showdown, first in the Street Dancing category and second best in Musicality.

After a six-year hiatus, Lapu-Lapu City returned to the Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan stage, placing third in the Ritual Showdown, Street Dancing and Best Musicality categories.
