Cebu City police to monitor 4 border control points

A CEBU City top cop confimed that starting 12:01 a.m. Sunday, August 1, 2021, police will start monitoring the city's border control points.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Wilbert Parilla, deputy city director for operations of the Cebu City Police Office, on Saturday said police will again monitor the four border control points of the city.

The border points are located at Il Curso in the South Road Properties, Bulacao, Talamban and Kasambagan.

The Emergency Operations Center has yet to announce whether people outside the borders are allowed to enter Cebu City.

Parilla said police are only tasked to implement health protocols in the city. (AYB/JGS)
