A MASSAGE therapist said he is planning to file charges against the mayor of Clarin town in Misamis Occidental after the latter allegedly mauled him inside a massage parlor in uptown Cebu City Wednesday night, October 23, 2019.

John Dueñas, who works as a massage therapist, said Clarin Mayor David Navarro mauled him inside the massage parlor in Fuente Osmeña Circle at around 11 p.m. Wednesday, when the latter was told that no female therapist could attend to him.

Dueñas said Navarro, who appeared drunk, punched him in the abdomen, kicked him in the legs and pulled his arms.

When a female therapist was assigned to Navarro, Dueñas said the mayor allegedly forced her to stimulate his genitals.

Police said that when they verified the incident at the massage parlor, the mayor reportedly refused to leave the establishment.

The entire incident was captured on closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed at the massage parlor. The police are now using the CCTV footage as evidence against the mayor.

Dueñas said he will not hesitate to press charges against Navarro. (From AYB of Superbalita Cebu/JKV)
