LILOAN, Cebu mayor Christina Garcia-Frasco gives birth to fourth child on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

In a statement, Frasco and her husband, Cebu 5th District Rep. Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco welcomed their newborn son, named X, in an undisclosed hospital in Cebu on Tuesday.

On Tuesday evening, the congressman posted on Facebook his photo carrying the newly born Baby X with his wife in a separate photo.

Congressman Frasco captioned his post, “World, meet X. Thank you, Santo Niño, for the miracle of life. Christina, my love, you were amazing.” (ANV,PR)
