A DRUG surrenderer was rushed to a hospital in critical condition after his neighbor shot him Monday evening, July 19, 2021, in Sitio Proper, Barangay Lusaran, Cebu City.

The victim’s name is Jayson Goc-ong, 37, a mechanic residing in the barangay.

The police withheld the suspect’s name as they conduct a hot pursuit operation.
