AN AFTERNOON fire struck the Colawin Elementary School in the southern town of Argao on Sunday, June 23, 2019.

Police Staff Sergeant Howard Maynopas, desk officer of the Argao Police Station, said they received the alarm in their centralized communication center at 2:34 p.m.

Six rooms were reportedly affected by the blaze as firefighters responded to the scene.
