THE City Intelligence Branch of the Cebu City Police Office arrested a high-value target in Sitio Lahing-Lahing II, Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City on Sunday afternoon, May 19.

He was identified as Marvin "Ogis" Saberon, 32, who was caught with almost P3 million worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu, including low-grade brown shabu, a variant of the drug that are not cooked properly.

Saberon was caught through a drug bust with 10 large sachets of brown shabu, seven large sachets and one medium sachet of white shabu.

The seized drugs weighed 430 grams with an estimated value of P2,924,000.

Saberon will be facing charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (JOB)
