FORTY-four contingents from municipalities and cities of Cebu wowed thousand of spectators in this year's Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Sunday, August 25, 2019.

Unlike Sinulog Fesival which pays homage to Senior Sto. Niño de Cebu, Pasigarbo is a celebration that showcases different festivals in Cebu Province.

Participants included the towns of Sogod, Moalboal, Badian, Dumanjug, Bantayan, Samboan, Malabuyoc, Aloguinsan, Santa Fe, Carmen, Santander, Argao, Tuburan, San Francisco, Cordova, Ronda, Borbon, Asturias, Liloan, Minglanilla, Daanbantayan, Barili, San Remigio, Poro, Sibonga, Madridejos, Alegria, Alcoy, Balamban, San Fernando, Tabogon, Dalaguete, Pinamungajan, Ginatilan, Oslob, Consolacion, Medellin, cities of Bogo, Carcar, Mandaue, Naga, Talisay and Toledo.

Only Danao City and the towns of Tudela, Tabuelan and Boljoon did not participate.

Best in Andas: Panagtagbo Festival (Mandaue City)

Best decorated audio van: Sarok Festival (Consolacion)

Best festival jingle: Kabkaban Festival (Carcar City)

Best in festival costume: Kabkaban Festival (Carcar City)

Best in street dancing

Fifth place: Sarok Festival (Consolacion)

Fourth place: Hinulawan Festival (Toledo City)

Third place: Haladaya Festival (Daanbantayan)

Second place: Lalin Festival (Asturias)

First place: Kabkaban Festival (Carcar City)

Ritual showdown

Tenth place: Rosquillos Festival (Liloan)

Ninth place: Bonga Festival (Sibonga)

Eighth place: Kagasangan Festival (Moalboal)

Seventh place: Dagitab Festival (City of Naga)

Sixth place: La Torta Festival (Argao)

Fifth place: Sarok Festival (Consolacion)

Fourth place: Siloy Festival (Alcoy)

Third place: Halad Inasal Festival (Talisay City)
