REAL estate firm J. Nitton Development Corp. donated a 1.7-kilometer drainage system to Barangay Can-asujan in Carcar City, southern Cebu.

The drainage outfall system helps mitigate flooding along the 1.7 kilometer road. The formal turnover of the completed project was held on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019.

J. Nitton Development Corp. constructed Esperanza Homes subdivision, a socialized/economic housing project in Can-asujan. The real estate company has another project in Bogo City, northern Cebu.

The company is also the developer of the Heights Subdivision in Barangay Linao, Talisay City, Cebu.

The firm’s president is Haydee King, while its managing director is Jaja King.
