A LARGE boulder fell on a barangay road in a mountain village in Sibonga just a day after Tropical Depression Samuel passed by Cebu Wednesday, November 21.

The boulder has affected the movement of vehicles in Barangay Banlut, Sibonga town, said Rhee Telen Jr. of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

Telen said they already sent heavy equipment to remove the boulder but they couldnt remove it by itself.

"Kailangan pa siya bungkagon before pa siya makuha," Telen said.

The boulder reportedly fell last Thursday dawn and may have been dislodged due to heavy rains brought by Tropical Depression Samuel. (JKV)
