MYBUS is offering free rides to the devotees of the Sto. Niño for the novena week, starting on Thursday, January 9, 2020.

The free bus rides will end on Sunday, January 19 -- the day of the fiesta in honor of the Holy Child and the Sinulog Grand Parade.

MyBus units will transport passengers from Malacañang sa Sugbo grounds to SM Seaside City Cebu at the South Road Properties in Cebu City.

The buses will start picking up passengers at 12 p.m. Transporting passengers will end at 7 p.m.

The travel time is around 30 minutes, depending on the traffic. This would give ample time to the devotees to attend the novena masses at the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño scheduled for nine days -- 1 to 2 p.m., 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., 4 to 5 p.m., and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

On Saturday, January 18, two MyBus units will transport passengers from SM Seaside City Cebu to the Basilica at 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. This would give devotees a chance to join the mass and solemn procession from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Meanwhile, MyBus units will pick up patrons from SM Seaside City and transport them to the Basilica at 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the scheduled mass at 6 p.m.

SM Seaside City Cebu, a lifestyle destination, assured the devotees a hassle-free ride during the Fiesta Señor and Sinulog celebration. (S)
