AN ANTI-ILLEGAL drugs operation on Logarta Street in Barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City resulted in the arrest of a couple past midnight Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

Captain Emmanuel Rabaya, chief of the Mandaue City Police Office Station 3, identified the suspects as James Anthony Paunil, 31, and his live-in partner Riza Languido Melorin Riza, 27, both residents of Sitio Kawayan, Barangay Lagtang in the same city.

Rabaya said they seized 310 grams of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu worth P2.1 million based on the standard drug price from the two. (BBT/PJB)
