Philippines' Gazini Ganados ends Miss Universe quest in Top 20

CEBUANA Gazini Christiana Jordi Ganados ended her journey in Miss Universe 2019, landing a spot in the top 20 on Monday, December 9, 2019 (Philippine time).

Making it to the top 10 were candidates USA, Colombia, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Peru, Iceland, France, Indonesia, Thailand and Mexico.

Gazini landed a spot in the top 20 when she was selected in the wildcard group.

In the top 20 were: South Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, Thailand, Albania, France, Iceland, Croatia, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Peru, Dominican Republic, Mexico, USA, Philippines, India, Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia.

Ganados won the Miss Universe Philippines crown during the Binibining Pilipinas 2019 Coronation Night last June 9.

The Talisay, Cebu native would share during press interviews of her desire to see the country form initiatives in taking care of its senior citizens.
