A FORMER masseuse was arrested in a drug bust in Sitio Tugas, Barangay San Roque, Talisay City on Saturday night, March 26, 2022.

The operatives caught Irish Eutoma Neri, who is 30 and a resident of Banawa, Barangay Guadaulupe, Cebu City.

The suspect yielded 150 grams of a substance which the police described as shabu. The contraband is worth around P1 million.

Neri’s friend, a 17-year-old girl, was with her at the time of her arrest.

Talisay City Police Chief Lt. Col. Randy Caballes said Neri had been caught in August 2016 for illegal drug charges. Neri was released in 2021.

Neri and the minor will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (BBT / KAL)
